How do I create a project?
You can create, share and delete projects in the sidebar. At this point, you can upload a cover photo, and enter a project name and description in addition to entering further details for a licensing estimate. Once you have saved your project, you can find it in the sidebar where you can easily share it with collaborators.
I need an estimate for my project
When you create a project, you can enter project details for a licensing estimate. Based on your responses, our online tool will generate an estimated price range for your project. Estimations are based on the following factors:
  • the length of the track,
  • the number of deliverables,
  • the term (length) of the licence,
  • the territories for licensing,
  • the media used,
  • the extent of customisation required.
The final quote will be secured after submitting your request and a member of our team has reviewed your needs.

How do I license a track from the AntfoodBuffet Catalog?
On the
, you can select the recording(s) you wish to customise and/or license. You'll then be directed to complete a short form about your project and needs. After submitting the form, our team will be in touch to finalise the license and payment details with you.
Where am I permitted to use the music that I find in AntfoodBuffet?
Before using any AntfoodBuffet music, you will first need to obtain a license agreement from us. Each license agreement specifies the permitted term period as well as the permitted territories and media for your use of the music. If you use the music outside of the permitted boundaries of the license agreement or without a license agreement, then you will risk being in breach of the agreements made between us. If your desired usage changes after obtaining a license agreement, please contact us prior to proceeding with the new use in order to make the appropriate rights and payment arrangements.
What kind of legal protections or assurances can I expect when I license a recording?
Licensing a track through AntfoodBuffet affords you exceptional legal protection, without costly legal or logistical hurdles. The recordings and compositions offered by the AntfoodBuffet platform are sourced from Antfood entity productions. The license agreement(s) made between you and AntfoodBuffet provides indemnification protection for any claims arising from your permitted use of the music.

Is the music in your catalogue royalty-free?
Performing rights are 'attached' to all of the music in our catalogue (our music is not 'royalty-free'), as is the case with the majority of high-quality music. The funding of most performing rights royalties is derived from the blanket licenses that the broadcaster of the music (the channel, station, platform, venue) have in place with the performing rights societies throughout the world. In most cases, musical performance rights are not a concern for a content creator because there is no direct financial impact. If you have a special circumstance where performance rights are a concern, just let us know and we can discuss how to best handle it during the price quote and license generation steps.
How should I provide credit for the music used in my production?

What should I do if I receive a copyright claim from a 3rd party?
If you are a AntfoodBuffet customer and receive a copyright claim alleging that the music that you are using is infringing on the intellectual property or other rights of a 3rd party, please notify claims@antfood.com immediately with the recording title and URL so that we can assist with the resolution.
What should I do if I think that your music is similar to mine?
If you are a music creator or music owner and believe that a work in our catalogue is infringing on your intellectual property or other rights, please notify us by email claims@antfood.com or in writing 221 Jackson St. Brooklyn, NY 11211, United State with the following information:
  • Your name, address, email, and phone number
  • The recording title and URL of the allegedly infringing work in our catalogue
