AntfoodBuffet registered users may download a limited number of low-resolution audio files to review with internal teams and clients, but any public dissemination on any media requires an executed license. This agreement (the “Membership Agreement”) applies to all visitors to the AntfoodBuffet Platforms that register to use Our services (hereinafter, “AF Members”). AntfoodBuffet Members agree to all of the terms of service set forth in this Membership Agreement along with Our Terms & Conditions and Our Privacy Policy. All terms defined in Our Terms & Conditions and Our Privacy Policy apply to this Membership Agreement.

Our AntfoodBuffet Membership program allows AntfoodBuffet Members to download and privately review one of Our musical recordings (each, a “AntfoodBuffet Song”) in synch with AntfoodBuffet Members’ content prior to acquiring a commercial license to publicly use a AntfoodBuffet Song.

AntfoodBuffet Songs are provided to Antfod Buffet Members solely for the AntfoodBuffet Members’ private, non-commercial use. AntfoodBuffet Songs may not be publicly disseminated. By way of example, AntfoodBuffet Members may not post AntfoodBuffet songs to any social media platforms (facebook, Instagram, tiktok, snapchat, youtube, etc.) or websites. AntfoodBuffet Songs may only be shared privately within organizations or with AntfoodBuffet Members’ clients and only with AntfoodBuffet Members own team or their client’s team who are directly engaged in evaluating a AntfoodBuffet Song for use with their content.

For example, a AntfoodBuffet Member advertising agency may synchronize a downloaded AntfoodBuffet Song with a video advertisement in order to evaluate whether the agency should license the AntfoodBuffet Song to synchronize with the advertisement. Furthermore, the agency may share the video advertisement (with the synchronized AntfoodBuffet Song) with the agency’s client provided that the prospective advertisement is only shared among those team members directly engaged in evaluating the AntfoodBuffet Song for use within the prospective advertisement.

No other rights or licenses are granted or implied under this Membership Agreement except for the limited right stated herein. All other rights are reserved.

Should AntfoodBuffet Members wish to use a AntfoodBuffet Song in any manner other than that permitted under this Membership Agreement, AntfoodBuffet Members may obtain a broader license by contacting AntfoodBuffet at:

Please be advised that any use of a AntfoodBuffet Song outside the scope of what is permitted in this Membership Agreement or pursuant to any license with Us shall be considered an infringement of the copyrights to that AntfoodBuffet Song and shall subject the infringer to all remedies available to copyright holders under the U.S. Copyright Act (15 U.S.C. § 100 et seq.) as well as under similar acts in all other jurisdictions. All AntfoodBuffet Members agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the County of Kings, New York, to adjudicate any claims of infringement of a AntfoodBuffet Song.

This Membership Agreement may be updated at any time in the exercise of our sole discretion. Any continued downloads of AntfoodBuffet Songs shall be deemed consent to, and agreement with, this Membership Agreement as updated.
